Reception: Saturday, January 17th from 5-8
“This body of work was completed during my residency at the Helene Wurlitzer Foundation in Taos, New Mexico. It builds upon five years of research and material experimentation with stone, wool and wood. By refining the visual, technical, and aesthetic frameworks established in my previous works, the project engages the dynamic push and pull between spontaneity and processed based editing and technical refinement. This tension creates the interplay to structure both process and outcome. It situates itself between innovation and reiteration, advancing prior inquiries while re-examining foundational motifs such as the body, relationships and the environment”.
